Overall, our stay was quite pleasant with beautifully maintained grounds and friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. However, the room was quite dark and in need of refurbishment, which affected our overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were limited and not as expected, leading us to choose other dining options.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite dark and damp, lacking adequate lighting and comfortable seating. It definitely felt tired and in need of some updates.
Service
7.0
The service was generally good with helpful staff, but some amenities that were promised were lacking.
Location
9.0
The resort is located just a short walk from the beach and the main strip, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.
Dining

The breakfast was pretty disappointing; options were minimal and didn't live up to advertising. We ended up eating out most mornings.
Facilities

The pool area looked inviting, but it could get noisy and felt cramped at times.

7.4/10

The resort is centrally located, making it easy to explore Port Douglas on foot, which I loved. The pools are beautiful and relaxing, but the dining experience was disappointing, particularly the breakfast, which lacked variety. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Overall, it offers good value for the price, especially given the location.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but they felt quite dated and could do with an upgrade.
Service
7.0
The service was helpful, with staff assisting in organizing tours. However, we had to manage our own housekeeping which felt off for a resort experience.
Location
10.0
The location is outstanding and really the selling point - easy walking distance to the beach and local amenities, which instantly puts you in holiday mode.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic and not worth the price; it could use a better selection and longer hours.
Facilities
8.0
The pool facilities were lovely and well-kept, making them a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

I had a lovely time at this resort, thanks to its excellent location near the beach and dining options. The communal entertaining area is a great spot to connect with others. However, I did encounter some issues like limited amenities and noise disturbances, which could have made my stay better.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, though it faced the back of the complex, making it a bit dark.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit lacking as basic essentials like toilet paper weren't replaced, and I had to do some chores myself.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is absolutely outstanding, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were very basic, but adequate for breakfast., just don't expect too much variety.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could use some upgrades, and some aspects felt neglected, like the dead ivy and unkempt pathways.

7.6/10

The resort offers a unique layout with lovely tropical foliage and two inviting pools, making it a pretty spot for a getaway. While the studio spa suite was spacious and had lovely amenities, the overall comfort was hindered by the queen-sized beds and flat pillows, which made it hard for us to get a restful sleep. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but the comfort of the beds could use an upgrade.

Rooms
7.0
The studio spa suite was spacious and well-appointed, but the queen-sized bed and flat pillows were uncomfortable for our liking.
Service

The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, which added to our relaxing experience.

The resort is in a fantastic position, just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants in Port Douglas.

The breakfast was adequate, but nothing too extravagant.
Facilities

7.0/10

I had an overall nice stay at the hotel, but it definitely has its pros and cons. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to shops and restaurants, and the pool area is appealing. However, the rooms could use some updating as they felt a bit tired, and the breakfast offerings were quite disappointing. It was a decent experience, but not quite what I expected from a resort.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and cool upon my arrival, but felt quite outdated and needed some refurbishment. The large sliding doors were nice, but the lack of a table and chairs in the room made it less comfortable. I was also concerned about the steamy bathroom situation and the hefty fine if the smoke alarm went off.
Service
7.0
Service was standard; I didn't encounter anything exceptional or particularly unsatisfactory.
Location
10.0
The hotel had a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk from Macrossan Street, which is great for shopping and dining.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast included was very dismal, which led me to eat out after just a couple of tries.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was well-maintained and a relaxing spot to enjoy the sun.
